Site Issues
If you have a problem concerning an account, how Gift Hope works or any other general issue, please email support@gifthope.com.
If you are looking to get a donor, charity, corporation, or a fundraising group removed for fraudulent or untrustworthy behavior, report the campaign at fraudalert@gifthope.com.
Legal Issues
If you are law enforcement and have a court-ordered subpoena for Gift Hope for review, you must submit it via email to legal@gifthope.com.
All civil subpoenas must be properly localized and served on Gift Hope’s registered local agent. Gift Hope does not accept service of civil subpoenas via e-mail and will not respond to civil subpoenas delivered by email. Nor will Gift Hope consider subpoenas that are not properly served
