Charity Application

If your charity has already received an MOU from Gift Hope, please proceed to our Charity Profile Form.

To be eligible to participate on Gift Hope:
• All non-profits must have a valid 501(c)(3) code under IRS or have a pre-approved philanthropic fund at The Gift Hope Foundation. Private foundations may not participate.
• Florida based non-profits must also have a valid Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services Solicitation Certificate valid through December 31, 2019.

Final acceptance of a non-profit is based on the discretion of Gift Hope.
