Delta Phi Epsilon, Nova Southeastern University

Fort Lauderdale,

The purpose of Delta Phi Epsilon (DPhiE) is to provide a sisterhood experience rich with tradition, innovation and opportunities for growth. Our vision is to inspire and empower our sisterhood to engage in a lifetime of leadership and service. As women, we follow our motto “Esse Quam Videri”, which means “to be rather than to seem” to be very close to our hearts. Delta Phi Epsilon was founded on March 17, 1917 at New York University.  The Beta Tau Chapter at the Nova Southeastern University is currently a chapter of 51-100 women and continue each and every day to grow in becoming better sisters to the community.

NSU’s Mr. Fintastic 2020

Cure

Date: September 24-25th, 2020

Mr. Fintastic is an annual male pageant hosted by the Beta Tau Chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon at Nova Southeastern University in efforts to raise money and awareness about Cystic Fibrosis (CF), which is then donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF). We create a competition including rounds where our contestants are asked questions regarding CF, and get creative with the theme of each round within the competition. We raise funds by contestants signing up, but the majority of our funds come from donations by you! By donating to your favorite contestant, along with each of our sisters, our goal is to raise 10,000 dollars in total to go to CF finally standing for a “cure found”. Please help us reach our philanthropic dreams!
