For 45 years, Prevent Child Abuse America has helped lay the groundwork to deliver great childhoods to children nationwide. Since 1982, the sisters of Sigma Delta Tau have played a huge role in helping them achieve their mission and vision of a world in which no child is ever abused or neglected. “Are You Smarter Than a Sig Delt?” is the NSU chapter of Sigma Delta Tau’s annual philanthropy event in support of PCAA!

April is Child Abuse Prevention (CAP) month, a time to act collectively to raise awareness and empower people across the nation to play a role in helping children, families, and entire communities thrive. Leading up to CAP Month, and in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re reinforcing the message that “Everyone can make great childhoods happen—especially you, especially now!” COVID-19 has made life difficult for everyone—especially children and families.
