Mahima Hada

Mahima Hada is an Associate Professor and the Director of Marketing Analytics Programs at Baruch College, City University of New York. Her research focuses on using data to analyze firm’s marketing strategies and effects on firms’ performance, especially strategies related to customer acquisition through referrals in B2B and B2C markets. Her research has been published in premier journals like the Journal of Marketing and the Journal of International Business Studies. She serves on the Editorial Review Board of Industrial Marketing Management and the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing. At Baruch, she teaches Marketing Analytics and Marketing Fundamentals.
